FLAT TYRE SUPPORT

In the event that the Vehicle has a puncture or tyre burst, KMS shall support the Customer in replacing the flat tyre with spare tyre. In case of non-availability of spare tyre, KMS will try to repair the faulty tyre. This service is based on the availability of tyre repair shop near the breakdown location. All the cost related to tyre repairs will be charged to customers.

Delivery of Spare Key is available if breakdown location is within Home City.

Minor electrical/MECHANICAL ISSUES

KMS shall arrange vehicle technician to resolve minor electrical/mechanical issue like Fuse change etc.

RUNDOWN OF BATTERY

In the event the Vehicle having a breakdown due to rundown of battery, KMS shall arrange vehicle technician to jump start the vehicle with appropriate means. KMS will bear the labor cost and conveyance charges.

Terms & Conditions

  • These services shall be provided by Ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited (KMS), and this is an offer provided by Bridgestone India Private Limited (Bridgestone) to it’s Customers/ Users.
  • This offer is applicable to the Customers/Users on purchase of 4 or more Bridgestone tyres from Bridgestone Select Plus, Concept, Select Super, Select, and Select UPC stores with warranty registration by the Dealers.
  • Service Coverage: - Service is available in PAN India. No Coverage in Islands.
  • Service Coverage in North East & J&K: - RSA services are available in North East and J&K as per the prevailing conditions.

  • Scope of Services:
    1. Flat Tyre Support: In the event that the Vehicle has a puncture or tyre burst, KMS shall support the Customer in replacing the flat tyre with spare tyre. In case of non-availability of spare tyre, KMS will try to repair the faulty tyre. This service is based on the availability of tyre repair shop near the breakdown location. All the cost related to tyre repairs will be charged to customers.
    2. Key Services: Delivery of Spare Key is available if breakdown location is within Home City and the User shall arrangements that the key is made available to KMS for delivering it to the User.
    3. Minor Electrical/Mechanical Issue: KMS shall arrange vehicle technician to resolve minor electrical/mechanical issue like Fuse change etc.
    4. Rundown of Battery: In the event the Vehicle having a breakdown due to rundown of battery, KMS shall arrange vehicle technician to jump start the vehicle with appropriate means. KMS will bear the labor cost and conveyance charges.
  • For any other vehicle problem, towing services will be available on a chargeable basis and shall be payable by the User directly to KMS.
  • Reach Time: TAT
    • Location mode of assistance reach time*
    • City limits mechanical assistance average 60 minutes
    • High ways mechanical assistance average 90 minutes
    • Hilly terrain mechanical assistance average 120 minutes
  • This is a free service facilitated by Bridgestone and shall be valid for a period of 6 months from date of activation by the User or Warranty registration of the Tyres by the Dealer.
  • It shall be the User’s prerogative to accept or reject the TVS Auto Assist Road Side Assistance (RSA) Program. This is not binding on the User. The User shall not be able to use the RSA without Warranty Registration of the tyres with Bridgestone.
  • In no event shall Bridgestone be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages , cost, expenses (including lost profits) relating to or arising out of the breach of this Agreement, regardless of the form of action, whether in this Agreement, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not such damages were foreseen or unforeseen.
  • The Courts at Pune in the state of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with the matters relating to this.
